Hotel is comfortable, with abundant breakfast, and location is stunning adjacent to Ithaca proper, the restaurant downstairs and the lakes. The rooms are nicely decorated. Totally recommended for shopping.

The room we had was beautifully decorated and well-kept and complete with champagne waiting, nice touches like bottled water, a bath. The hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location near parks and forests.

All the staff was extremely friendly and brilliantly friendly, tackled my issues. The king room was pet-friendly, had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a seating area. The breakfast was warm with in house baked goods and hot items, the restaurant was amazing.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

The rooms are well decorated and well-kept with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The setting is perfect and excellent, close to Taughannock Falls and the surrounding areas and the park where there is swimming and kayaking on Cayuga Lake, very nice area.

The hotel itself was wonderful and everything was excellent. The staff were accommodating and exceptionally kind and provided an excellent service. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with the breakfast.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

We had a special stay, appreciated the city and hotel and would still consider staying here again. Central location was a plus. It also was near lakes and forests.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and a nice view, for example was not a problem. The venue is placed in a hillside position to the waterfall.

Reasonably large rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Location just off the falls, lake and state park, both the lake and a beautiful hike to a waterfall.

The breakfast with including hot items and also bagels was fresh and warm for what you got. Thanks to the professional and amazingly attentive staff everything was nice.

The room was nicely decorated and well-kept and also had a spa bathtub. It had a handy kitchenette too. The staff was professional and exceptionally attentive providing assistance.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location against a state park on a hill overlooking Cayuga Lake was simply breathtaking. The service here was top-notch, with attentive room service and housekeeping ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed with the range of amenities provided in the room, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was tastefully decorated and boasted a cozy sitting area, a terrace with garden furniture, and a dining table where I could enjoy a meal with a view. The hotel also offered free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and an AM/FM alarm clock for added convenience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

A king room has basic facilities you need. The stuff are accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.
